My family and I moved to the United States in 2014 We picked Memphis as our 2nd home to begin fresh and construct a better future.
When I finished high school in 2020, I determined to sign up with the Army Get so I could function full-time to aid sustain my family financially. In the process, my moms and dads constantly advised me of the importance of an university level. Honestly, I fought with the decision in between choosing job over school.
That changed when I discovered the College of Memphis Global (UofM Global) where I could gain my degree 100 % online from a recognized, across the country acknowledged Carnegie R 1 university. The versatility of the program made it possible to balance job, life, and education and learning. Once I signed up, I knew I made the best option.
As an online student, I stayed entailed with university life through career fairs and joining pupil companies like the Society of Personnel Administration. I wanted to obtain the most out of my college experience and connect with individuals that shared my enthusiasm for human resources.
Last November, I released to Kuwait, with a month left of loss term. Many thanks to the assistance and structure of UofM Worldwide, I was able to complete strong, also making the Dean’s Checklist. I’m taking 4 classes while offering on active service, and I’m proud to state I’ll be finishing in May.
